About the Role
At Charlotte Tilbury, we prioritize creating a magical employee experience while maintaining excellence, integrity, and agility. Our People Operations team is essential in managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring our people processes, governance, data, and systems are designed for global scalability while remaining compliant and efficient.
As the People Governance & Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the People Operations team, promoting strong governance across all People processes and leading impactful projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, People Partners, and operational teams to deliver high-quality, polished solutions that align with our dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.
This position also provides operational support to the People Services Manager when necessary, ensuring continuity of service, decision-making, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives, whether it involves reinforcing policy frameworks, enhancing audit readiness, implementing system improvements, or facilitating transformational change across Team Tilbury.
Key Responsibilities as a People Governance & Projects Manager include:
- Regularly reviewing and enhancing the People governance framework to ensure that policies, procedures, controls, and documentation remain compliant, scalable, and audit-ready in a high-growth environment.
- Overseeing policy review cycles, including drafting updates and ensuring clarity in communication.
