People Operations at Sentry

The People Operations team supports Sentry’s growth by attracting and retaining top talent while keeping processes straightforward. We foster a culture that encourages development without unnecessary bureaucracy. This 13-month fixed-term role is based in Vienna and reports to the Head of HR in the U. S.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and operations in a global, multicultural setting. The role calls for autonomy, empathy, and a strong understanding of Austrian and European employment practices, while also aligning with U. S.-based HR operations.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee daily People Operations tasks for the Vienna office across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, immigration, and HRIS management. Support may also extend to the Amsterdam office and other EMEA locations.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners, including Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace, to ensure smooth operations and accurate data flow.
  • Partner with global People and Legal teams to manage cross-border employment processes and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

This is a 13-month fixed-term position based in Vienna, Austria, with a hybrid in-office schedule.
