Your Role and Responsibilities
Enhance Onboarding Operations. Oversee the entire onboarding process including welcome communications, I-9 verification, swag distribution, and IT setup. Continuously refine the process as our team expands.
Facilitate In-Person Orientation. Work alongside Talent Programs to design and implement engaging onboarding experiences at our San Francisco hub.
Drive Cross-Functional People Ops Initiatives. Collaborate with Finance, Total Rewards, IT, Legal, Recruiting, and People Business Partners to strategize and execute key People Ops projects.
Ensure Data Integrity. Manage Workday transactions related to job changes, departures, and compensation updates, maintaining accurate and audit-ready records.
Develop Scalable Processes. Identify and address gaps in onboarding, offboarding, and core People Operations functions.
