About the Role:

As a People Operations Specialist, you will be a vital part of our People team, managing the systems, data, and processes that enhance the employee experience from the moment they join until their last day. Collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People Partners, and company leadership, you will ensure a seamless hiring process and robust employee support. This hands-on, execution-driven position is perfect for someone who excels at transforming chaotic, manual processes into streamlined, scalable systems. Located in New York City, you will flourish here if you are detail-oriented and service-driven.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the entire recruiting operation, including ATS workflows and interview scheduling in Ashby.

  • Create and manage dashboards to monitor hiring metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill for the People leadership team.

  • Administer employee data in Workday throughout the entire employment lifecycle, focusing on accuracy and data integrity.

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and the People team.

  • Manage the exit interview program, including scheduling, survey analysis, and synthesizing insights to enhance retention strategies.

  • Assist in conducting performance reviews, engagement surveys, and company-wide people initiatives, including coordination, communication, and reporting.

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries throughout the entire employment lifecycle.

  • Identify and implement process enhancements to make People operations more scalable, efficient, and well-documented.

  • Proactively explore and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate insights, and enhance the overall employee experience.
