About The Role
We are seeking an outstanding People Partner, also known as an HR Business Partner, to join our expanding People team. This critical position, based in our San Mateo office, provides a unique opportunity to influence and drive people strategies within a rapidly scaling organization.
As a People Partner, you will collaborate closely with a designated business unit and its executive leadership to formulate and implement people strategies that enhance performance, foster growth, and boost employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include advising on employee relations and developing career advancement programs, playing a vital role in creating an exceptional employee experience.
