What You’ll Do Oversee employment lifecycle data management and updates, including onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration, profile creation, job detail adjustments, competency and training requirements, and offboarding. Facilitate time registration and manage travel and expense reporting. Administer leave and manage other employee benefits data in the system. Handle document management related to training, performance evaluations, and issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documentation. Maintain and update competence files and support the organization of the electronic filing system. Ensure high data quality by maintaining HR master data and movement records in the system.
