Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesManage employment lifecycle data including onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration, job changes, and offboarding. Oversee time registration, travel, and expense administration. Handle leave administration and benefits data within the system. Manage document processes related to training, performance management, and issuance of employment certificates. Keep the competence file updated and support electronic filing system structure. Maintain HR master data ensuring high data quality. Administer digital applications like DocuSign for document management. Ensure proper archiving of all personnel-related documents in the HR system. Continuously align and improve HR processes across the organization. Participate in training, audits, and the creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures. Keep data updated in Workday and correct inaccuracies as needed. Perform other related tasks as required. What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
