Enhance Provider Success & Retention: Develop and manage a structured engagement plan to ensure providers fully utilize our platform, achieve measurable success in value-based care, and maintain long-term partnerships. Promote Best Practices: Advocate for the adoption of Counterpart Assistant best practices across various PCP settings.
