WHO YOU ARE:
As part of our facilities team and under the guidance of the Director of Facilities, you will perform a variety of essential maintenance and repair tasks across numerous disciplines. This includes masonry, plastering, carpentry, painting, plumbing, steamfitting, sheet metal work, electrical tasks, glazing, and mechanical maintenance. You will also handle related responsibilities as required.

- Knowledge and Skills:
- - Proficient understanding of tools, materials, techniques, occupational hazards, and safety measures necessary for general maintenance and repair work.
- - Capability to comprehend, retain, and execute both verbal and written instructions.
- - Commitment to safety protocols while performing work tasks.
- - Ability to acquire, secure, manage, distribute, and effectively utilize equipment, materials, and supplies.
THE ROLE:
- Constructs basic forms, mixes concrete and aggregates, pours materials, and applies finishing touches on concrete structures.
- Restores and repairs brick and concrete structures.
- Fixes damaged and plastered walls and ceilings.
