Role Overview: Performance Marketing Associate
Based in Buenos Aires, the Performance Marketing Associate will join one of Fever’s largest teams. The marketing department supports nearly every area of the company, designing, launching, and analyzing 360º campaigns that help people discover standout experiences in their cities. Teams within marketing include Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Creative Optimization.
What You Will Do
- Own and lead the full marketing strategy for assigned experiences.
- Develop scalable marketing plans for exclusive experiences worldwide, including both partner events and Fever Original events.
- Launch and optimize high-visibility performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to analyze campaign results, identify opportunities, and drive ongoing improvements.
- Manage the regional P&L and oversee significant marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and campaigns deliver strong ROI across channels and sectors.
