The Role

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving acquisition growth through multi-channel strategies, including Paid Search, Direct Mail, and innovative digital platforms. Your focus will be on utilizing AI and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Search Management

Account Management & Hygiene

  • Initiate, optimize, and expand campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen.

  • Ensure the health, consolidation, and growth of Google and Microsoft Search accounts, leveraging automation to handle routine hygiene tasks while focusing on strategic decisions.

Performance Insights

  • Develop automated monitoring and reporting systems to swiftly identify issues and opportunities in keywords, landing pages, search terms, and creative assets.

  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions on campaign scaling, restructuring, or discontinuation, with reporting as a secondary outcome.

  • Regularly report on channel performance to stakeholders using both in-platform and internal funnel data.
