Role Overview
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will spearhead PRISM+’s performance marketing initiatives across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other emerging channels. Your primary responsibility will be to drive scalable, profitable revenue while maintaining a balance between spending efficiency, creative execution, and commercial success.
You will oversee a multi-million dollar annual budget, focusing on incrementality and developing a sustainable growth model across various product categories, including TVs, appliances, and smart home devices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Efficiency
- Drive topline revenue growth from paid marketing channels.
- Manage budget allocations across Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen).
- Optimize for MER, contribution margin, and true incrementality.
- Continuously assess spend against diminishing returns.
2. Campaign & Channel Execution
- Design and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns:
- Prospecting (broad, Advantage+/PMAX)
- High-intent retargeting and CRM integration
- Manage mega sale/event campaigns (e.g., 11.11, BFCM)
- Establish a weekly optimization schedule for all campaigns.
- Identify and expand into new marketing channels (TikTok, affiliates, marketplaces).
3. Creative-Led Growth
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop a high-volume testing framework.
- Convert performance insights into effective marketing strategies:
- Develop compelling hooks, formats, and angles.
- Create clear creative briefs with actionable feedback.
- Ensure the pace of creative refresh aligns with spending.
4. Data, Attribution & Insights
- Own comprehensive performance reporting across platforms (Meta, Google), GA4, and Salesforce.
- Provide clear insights on:
- True Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Channel incrementality
- Cross-channel attribution challenges.
- Conduct structured experiments to validate strategies.
5. Team & Operating System
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
