About the job

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Functional Assessor to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role involves conducting thorough and independent assessments of patients and service users, interpreting clinical information, and providing concise, professional reports based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet productivity and quality targets set by our Healthcare Partners, while actively seeking and responding to feedback.
  • Analyze medical evidence and clinical information to deliver clear and professional assessments.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and provide informed medical advice.
  • Assess patients' capabilities to perform functional activities and work-related tasks.
  • Produce comprehensive reports that facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Maintain high professional standards and ensure the English language quality of reports is exemplary.
  • Achieve service and quality targets consistently.
  • Implement any necessary amendments to reports as suggested by the Audit Team.

General Duties:

  • Proactively engage in your professional development to stay current with clinical practices.
  • Liaise effectively with administration, management, and external clients to resolve queries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including Group Clinical Operations and Project Managers, to enhance client services.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a secure work environment when working remotely.
  • Understand and work within the client Key Performance Indicators.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as needed for the role.
