Main responsibilities
- Perform pest control treatments at customer locations and provide practical recommendations.
- Report any customer service concerns or issues directly to management.
- Maintain all company-issued equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- Plan and follow efficient service routes to meet scheduled appointments promptly.
- Adhere to warehouse operational procedures, including managing and retrieving inventory when needed.
- Complete all required documentation, such as service reports and service lists, review them with customers, obtain signatures, and submit them to the supervisor after each job.
- Recommend improvements to management that could enhance service quality, reduce complaints, or minimize risks.
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies, and report any incidents without delay.
- Maintain accurate records and submit necessary reports and documentation to management on time.
- Support and promote a professional company culture.
