What We’re Looking For:Must possess a valid FULL driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. High School diploma or equivalent is required.1-2 years of customer-facing and/or route-based experience is preferred. Must pass a pre-employment background screening. Willingness to obtain and maintain Structural Exterminator Licensing within the province with assistance from management. Availability to work Monday to Friday, with some weekends and on-call shifts as necessary. Ability to work independently after training. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify pest infestation sources and assess damage.
  • Prepare and apply pest control products using mechanical or electric sprayers and set traps in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide clients with tailored recommendations for pest prevention.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles and service equipment.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships through friendly and professional service.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Review preliminary reports to determine effective treatment strategies for pest elimination and prevention.
  • Document all work performed and submit reports electronically after each visit.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
