Qualifications:Valid FULL driver’s license with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. High School diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or route-based roles. Must pass a pre-employment background screening. Willingness to obtain and maintain Structural Exterminator Licensing with managerial support. Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends or on-call shifts as necessary. Ability to work independently following comprehensive training. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Build and nurture customer relationships through professionalism and courtesy during service visits.
Identify opportunities for additional services that enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze reports on infestations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Document all service activities and submit reports electronically post-visit.
Perform additional tasks as required.
