Role and Team Report to the Lot Manager or designated supervisor, assisting with outdoor functions to support lot movements and general operations related to auction activities before, during, and after sale days. Responsibilities Assist in ensuring vehicle inventory is accurately positioned in designated areas of the lot or shops, applying appropriate numbering and tagging for identification. Locate, number, and move vehicles to the specified areas on the lot. Confirm vehicle mileage, make, year, and VIN details. Communicate effectively with shop and operations teams to ensure a seamless flow of inventory from vehicle check-in, inspections, shops, to the auction sale line until vehicles are checked out. Periodically assist with physical inventory checks. Utilize electronic devices to scan inventory and track vehicle movements on the property. Flag vehicles, apply final stickers, mark numbers on windshields, and position them for sale. Capture photos of vehicles as required. Monitor and assist in locating missing units for customers. Use a PC to retrieve vehicle information and update vehicle records. Ensure arbitrated units are restocked in inventory and proper announcements are made. Identify and verify vehicle announcements and reports for accuracy prior to sales.
