Responsibilities Deliver direct physical therapy treatments as per the guidance of the physical therapist and in alignment with the physician's care plan. Assist in patient assessments and monitor progress in collaboration with the healthcare team. Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with agency policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach in all interactions.

The Physical Therapy Assistant plays a vital role in delivering physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, following the physician's established care plan. This position is available on a PRN (as needed) basis.
