The Physical Therapy Assistant plays a vital role in delivering physical therapy services, adhering to the guidance of the Physical Therapist and following the physician's care plan. This position is offered on a PRN (as needed) basis.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Home Health PTA to expand our Home Health ministry throughout your region. Our Home Health services complement our robust independent senior services, outpatient capabilities, and clinical facilities.

This role involves local travel within the greater West Liberty, OH area (including West Liberty, Urbana, Lima, and Bellefontaine) to provide essential patient services in a Home Health care setting.
