Position Overview

We're expanding our U. S.-based Operations team and are in search of a Pipeline Manager – Operations.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the project intake, preparation, and automation of our Data Extraction projects. The Pipeline Manager is responsible for managing upcoming projects and translating project requirements into actionable execution plans. This includes collaborating with R&D to establish our Automated Data Integration (DI) extraction pipelines and driving the automation and standardization of workflows across projects.

Working closely with cross-functional global teams, you will facilitate a seamless transition from the RFP/Lead to Order process, ensuring successful execution and delivery of all projects. Additionally, you will provide performance tracking and predictive metrics for our Automated DI pipelines. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with operational standards for development, automation, and execution.

The ideal candidate will excel at working with technical teams, Sales, and Finance, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in influencing without direct authority.

This role is based in our Middleton, WI office, with an expectation of working in the office at least three days a week.
