We are on the lookout for seasoned Managed Services Engineers to enhance our vibrant team. In this position, you will be tasked with the comprehensive management of Public Key Infrastructure and Certificate Lifecycle Management (PKI-CLM) systems for our esteemed clients. You will leverage leading technologies from top vendors like Keyfactor, Venafi, and Thales to ensure peak performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee PKI-CLM Infrastructure: Manage and guarantee the high availability and performance of PKI-CLM infrastructures for our clients.
Security Management: Enhance and maintain security protocols concerning the exchange and storage of public keys and certificates.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor PKI-CLM systems and their security to swiftly identify and address issues.
Incident Resolution: Analyze incidents and implement corrective measures to avert future occurrences.
Client Support: Provide robust technical support, resolving functional or security issues for clients.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on configurations, policies, and operational procedures.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineers, IT personnel, and clients to effectively execute management tasks.
Mentorship: Train and mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices with clients.
Daily Operations Oversight: Manage configuration, lifecycle, capacity, and performance of PKI-CLM infrastructures.
SLA Compliance: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clients.
Service Reviews: Contribute to the regular review and reporting of services for clients in conjunction with Service Delivery Managers.
Change Management: Plan, execute, and document customer-requested alterations and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
