Your role as part of this team will be pivotal in facilitating data-driven decision-making and improving both guest and host experiences.
Your Impact:
As the Planning & Business Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational framework of our mission. You will own our portfolio rhythms, central tools, and cross-functional execution processes that transform insights into actionable strategies. You’ll align stakeholders with clear plans, establish effective governance and reporting, and ensure our teams are equipped with the necessary structures and data to drive measurable impacts.
- Drive the planning and operational processes for Community Blueprint:
- Coordinate planning, prioritization, and portfolio reviews in alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Define and maintain operational cadences, forums, and decision-making checkpoints.
- Manage productivity tools and source-of-truth resources for Community Blueprint:
- Lead the enhancement of Airtable-based portfolio and learning trackers; define tools for tracking progress and insights.
