JASARA PMC seeks a Planning Engineer (RC) to join its team in Riyadh, supporting large-scale infrastructure projects. This role focuses on developing and managing detailed project schedules, helping to deliver complex works on time and in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The Planning Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive project efficiency and maintain high standards in schedule management.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules to meet established deadlines and deliverables.
Identify risks early, communicate them to the team, and suggest mitigation steps.
Support the definition of project scope and requirements to build effective work breakdown structures.
Prepare, update, and maintain schedules that align with consultant and contractor commitments.
Ensure adherence to schedule management plans and planning procedures.
Work with commercial teams to help implement control systems for budget, cost, reporting, risk, and change management.
Review schedule data for use in project proposals and contract negotiations.
Assist with resource planning to determine required staffing and equipment levels.
Monitor and address issues that may impact work schedules at project sites.
Improve the quality and clarity of schedule presentations and related documentation.
Clarify team needs to support effective service delivery.
Produce regular project progress tracking reports.
Recommend schedule improvements to optimize project delivery.
Support the development and submission of baseline and target schedules.
Update schedules weekly or monthly as project design and construction progress.
Respond promptly to team questions about schedule submissions.
