About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Platform/Infrastructure Engineer to shape the delivery and operational aspects of our software, focusing on automation to streamline processes.
Your mission is clear: build systems that empower our customers to receive services more efficiently, faster, smarter, safer, and better. Collaborating closely with our product and field engineers, you will provide the necessary infrastructure to solve customer challenges while minimizing unnecessary human intervention in processes such as deployments, security, environment setup, operations, policy checks, and on-call triage.
You will be instrumental in expanding our platform, which is built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD methodologies.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain our GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
Oversee CI/CD processes across all services.
Create systems that enhance the speed of product delivery for engineers.
Leverage AI to automate platform work.
Respond to incidents and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with engineering teams to expedite infrastructure improvements.
Partner with IT and Security teams to develop product pipelines.
