The Role
As the Platform Partnerships Manager, you will take charge of post-sale operations that convert signed clients into active embedded accounting partnerships. Your role will involve direct collaboration with SMB platform clients to successfully launch their embedded accounting products and facilitate the onboarding of their SMBs to AI-driven bookkeeping services, ensuring their utmost success.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary week by week, but key duties include:
- Acting as the primary contact for SMB platform customers post-sale, managing daily execution and follow-through.
- Assisting customers in planning, integrating, and launching accounting and bookkeeping solutions powered by the platform.
- Partnering with customers' sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives and foster early traction.
- Onboarding customers’ SMBs to AI bookkeeping services and guaranteeing a smooth, high-quality experience.
