Qualifications
This key role in our Platform team involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that power our applications, including payment processing, analytics, subscriptions, and text-to-speech functionalities. We are looking for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced setting, possesses a passion for product development, and has a track record of creating exceptional user experiences. Our flat organizational structure empowers individuals to take on leadership roles through technical excellence and consistent results. Strong work ethic, effective communication, and a drive to succeed are essential. The interview process consists of multiple technical interviews, which we aim to complete in one week.
