These products help users read faster, understand more, and remember information. Role Overview
The Platform Software Engineer will join the team responsible for all backend services at Speechify. This includes payments, analytics, subscriptions, new product features, text-to-speech capabilities, and external APIs. The role calls for someone who can think strategically, enjoys shaping product direction, and has a history of delivering strong user experiences.
Speechify’s structure is flat. Leadership comes from technical skill and consistent, rapid results, not from job titles. The team values a strong work ethic, clear communication, and a focus on results.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain backend systems for payments, analytics, subscriptions, and more
- Work on new product features and text-to-speech services
- Build and support external APIs
