Role Overview
The Platform Software Engineer joins the backend team responsible for core services such as payment processing, analytics, subscriptions, and external APIs. This role suits engineers who think strategically, care about product quality, and have a history of building strong user experiences.

What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain APIs, including the public TTS API and internal endpoints for payments, subscriptions, authentication, and usage tracking, to support business growth and scalability.
- Manage the backend API ecosystem, with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate on B2B solutions, tailoring integrations for enterprise clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure backend architecture supports product strategy and user experience.

This position is based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, within Speechify’s fully remote team.
