Team Challenge

You will be part of the Experience Platform team within the Engineering Experience domain, tasked with reducing friction in development, increasing productivity, and ensuring quality and predictability in software delivery. Our focus is on building and evolving solutions that structure the development journey, making it simpler, clearer, and standardized for all developers at RD.

The RD Station Pre-Sales team is evolving and opening a squad dedicated to Outbound sales. Here, the challenge is to strategically generate business opportunities by actively opening new doors in the market.As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential accounts, connecting the challenges of these businesses with RD Station's solutions. This is the first contact with companies that are not yet familiar with us or have not shown active interest, requiring curiosity, strategy, and excellent communication skills.You will work in direct partnership with Sales Executives, helping to build a qualified and sustainable pipeline.More than just prospecting, your mission is to create value from the first contact, understanding the context of each company, sparking meaningful conversations, and creating real business opportunities.We build excellent pre-sales teams, with room for continuous learning, exchanging experiences, and growing together.
