We are actively seeking a Plumbing Designer to enhance our collaborative team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and master planners. As part of our MEP+L Systems Engineering team, you will engage in diverse projects ranging from office buildings, educational institutions, and recreation centers to intricate laboratories, healthcare facilities, and performing arts venues. Our projects are designed not only to meet client expectations but also to create lasting positive impacts on the environment and society.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in LPA’s integrated design approach, engaging with engineers, architects, and various project stakeholders.

  • Assist Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers throughout the design process, from initial concept to construction completion.

  • Conduct engineering calculations, analyses, and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.

  • Help select and specify appropriate equipment, systems, and products tailored to each project.

  • Review and respond to construction administration documents, including RFIs and submittals.

  • Participate in construction meetings and perform field visits to ensure project execution and quality assurance.
