We are on the lookout for a Plumbing Designer to enhance our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and master planners. As a key member of our MEP+L Systems Engineering team, you will engage in various projects, from office buildings and educational institutions to complex laboratories, healthcare facilities, and performing arts centers. Our award-winning projects are designed with the intent to create a lasting positive impact on the environment, economy, and society.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within LPA’s multidisciplinary design process alongside engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

  • Assist Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers in delivering building design projects from initial concept to construction completion.

  • Conduct engineering calculations, analyses, and prepare documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.

  • Aid in the selection and specification of equipment, systems, and products tailored to each project.

  • Review and respond to construction administration documents, including RFIs and submittals.

  • Engage in construction meetings and conduct site visits to ensure project execution and quality assurance.
