COMPENSATION: Starting wage ranges from $27.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing tools and materials to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, including effective communication about truck stock needs.
- Providing outstanding customer service to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Applying knowledge of code-compliant plumbing systems in practice.
- Conducting advanced diagnostics and repairs on residential plumbing systems, including fixture and appliance installations.
- Calculating service charges and ensuring prompt collection of payments.
- Engaging in sales of plumbing equipment and Customer Maintenance Agreements.
- Collecting site-specific information to assist Customer Service Representatives and Project Managers in preparing quotes.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently while understanding basic job phases.
- Completing necessary job documentation electronically and on paper.
- Utilizing hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment, including multi-meters and combustion analyzers.
- Having knowledge of private well systems, POWTS systems, and hot water heating systems.
- Supporting Steg Plumbing's safety culture by adhering to all safety policies and practices.
