Main Responsibilities

Thoroughly wash pots, pans, trays, and all catering equipment
Clean and sanitize kitchen items to a high standard
Support both catering and warehouse teams with cleaning tasks
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout the workspace
Organize cleaned items so they are ready for immediate use
Assist with waste management and keep workstations tidy
Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times
