Job Overview:
As a Power Platform Developer within the Business Technology team of LPA, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining applications, automations, and data solutions that facilitate firmwide business operations. This role emphasizes utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform and associated technologies to optimize processes across business development, financial management, planning, human resources, client relations, and project information management. Collaborating closely with a diverse technology team, you will engage in cross-functional initiatives with DT, D+AI, ST, and Product to continuously improve our operations and project delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the Power Platform ecosystem, focusing on the support, administration, and enhancement of applications and processes.
Preferred certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, and/or PL-900.
Demonstrated experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to transform business processes into scalable, efficient digital solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing Power Apps (Canvas and Modern), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Project Operations to optimize business and project workflows.
