Role Overview:
We seek a hands-on leader who possesses a strong background in food manufacturing, particularly in seafood processing or related perishable food sectors. The ideal candidate will thrive in low-margin, high-volume environments and pivot operations from a volume-centric to a margin-focused approach.
The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years in the manufacturing sector, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. They must have a proven record of P&L management and the financial acumen to effectively bridge the operational and financial aspects of the business.
As a collaborative leader, you will foster teamwork, communication, and accountability within your teams, encouraging input and engagement to address any leadership gaps.
