Role Overview
As a Principal DevEx Engineer, your core responsibility is to enhance the developer experience comprehensively. You will work on minimizing friction, accelerating onboarding to first contribution, and boosting productivity throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Your role involves driving modernization and platform initiatives while promoting high-leverage practices such as DevEx, SRE, DevSecOps, event-driven architecture, and AI-assisted engineering. You will partner with executive leadership and guide Staff/Senior engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions on AWS. A key aspect of your role will be to translate daily developer needs into streamlined workflows, effective tooling, and well-documented processes, enabling smooth adoption through targeted training and support.
