Demonstrated ability to drive customer adoption and expansion, providing insights and advocacy for client needs. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in leveraging data and metrics to enhance customer experience and drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Sales to drive measurable results and strategic value for our clients.
