In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and user-centric web applications and products. You will report to the Digital Transformation Engineering Manager and work on-site at our Grab office located in CMC Creative Space, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to architect, build, and refine customer-facing products and internal platforms.Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable full-stack code across front-end user interfaces, APIs/services, and data layers.Take ownership of features throughout the application lifecycle: from planning and implementation to testing, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and iteration.Proactively enhance performance and accessibility to deliver exceptional user experiences.Implement best practices for security, privacy, and data protection across the entire stack.Lead and engage in code/design reviews, providing constructive feedback and elevating engineering standards.Identify and drive architectural and design enhancements to boost scalability and reliability.Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing hands-on support with debugging and problem resolution.Contribute to technical documentation, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices.Fulfill other related duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
