The Principal in Residence (PIR) is an aspiring leader poised to step into a principal role within the next 1-2 years. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Alpha's TK-8 school leaders, honing essential skills for effective leadership. Deeply aligned with Alpha’s mission, the PIR will actively contribute to the network's objectives, striving to achieve our ambitious goal of 75% of alumni graduating from a four-year college within six years, alongside key milestones such as:

Ensuring students read at or above grade level by the end of third grade.
Preparing students for algebra readiness by the end of eighth grade.
