Your efforts will help drive the standardization of KIOXIA’s innovative features, enabling unprecedented speeds, capacities, and security initiatives across various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of KIOXIA’s standardization strategy across Enterprise, Client, and Datacenter storage sectors.
- Serve as a principal technical contributor in standards committees and technical forums, representing KIOXIA with authority.
- Facilitate the creation, submission, and advancement of technical proposals within relevant standards organizations.
- Coordinate internal technical alignment across Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure standards activities align with product strategies and customer expectations.
- Evaluate external proposals to guide internal responses and strategic positioning.
- Engage with customers, suppliers, ecosystem partners, and competitors to influence the direction of industry standards and foster consensus.
- Oversee standards documentation, proposal tracking, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Enhance KIOXIA’s profile and technical leadership through active contributions to standards initiatives.
- Identify emerging standards bodies and technologies, positioning KIOXIA as a leader in innovation.
- Organize recurring internal standards review meetings, setting agendas and tracking decisions and follow-up actions.
