Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Experience:Chartered Engineer with relevant professional registration or transferable credentials; equivalent recognition from a relevant professional body will also be considered.10 to 12+ years of experience in a Building Services consultancy or significant design experience as a Senior/Project Engineer in the Mechanical Contracting field. Demonstrated success in technical design and project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. Comprehensive understanding of Building Services projects and Standards, with the ability to impart technical knowledge to clients, junior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams. Proven experience managing multiple technical projects concurrently, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

- Leverage your extensive mechanical design expertise to achieve high-quality, cost-effective results for health, defence, transport, data centres, sports, and other significant building projects throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Take the lead on mechanical design packages for key client projects, ensuring technical delivery and meticulous design review for excellence and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to uphold quality in calculations, specifications, and detailed design documentation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with internal teams and clients, contributing to successful project outcomes and repeat business.
