About the Role

We are seeking a Principal, Strategic Partnerships (Private Equity) to spearhead and scale one of Assort’s key growth channels. This high-impact role combines elements of private equity, enterprise sales, and operator-led go-to-market strategy. You will cultivate and manage relationships with healthcare-focused private equity firms, converting these connections into a consistent pipeline of high-value opportunities across their portfolio companies.

Your objectives are twofold:

  1. Generate immediate revenue by sourcing and converting opportunities derived from private equity.

  2. Create a scalable playbook that positions Assort as the preferred AI partner for healthcare-focused private equity firms.

This role transcends traditional partnerships; you will act as a hybrid of an enterprise seller, strategic operator, and relationship builder.
