The Role

We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Designer (IC6) to lead the design and development of SoFi Coach. Your role will be pivotal in shaping agentic capabilities, transforming innovative AI concepts into validated user experiences that empower our members to manage their finances effectively. Collaborate with Directors and VPs to influence company-wide strategies while demonstrating practical possibilities.

Your Responsibilities

Define the SoFi Coach vision: Establish interaction patterns and UX strategies for a conversational interface that proactively manages debt, investments, and wealth optimization.
Inspire through creation: Develop functional prototypes and MVPs using cutting-edge design practices to validate ideas and concepts.
