Driving ATO and FedRAMP Authorization: Lead the preparation and management of ATO packages and the FedRAMP authorization process for federal customers, ensuring compliance with federal security standards. Designing Secure Solutions: Architect secure end-to-end solutions leveraging AWS and Microsoft Azure while adhering to security best practices and federal requirements. Mentoring Junior Analysts: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts, fostering their professional development.

The Principal Security Analyst plays a pivotal role in guiding federal clients in the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure Appian-based solutions. This position demands a thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles, the government IT security authorization process, and proficiency in the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes. The successful candidate will lead clients through the security authorization process, assist in developing secure architectures, and mentor junior analysts while working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

This role is based at our headquarters in McLean, VA, where in-person collaboration fosters a culture of success. Employees are expected to be in the office 4 - 5 days a week to maximize opportunities for teamwork and connection with exceptional colleagues.
