Key Responsibilities:Provide ongoing operational support and engineering for the complete Zscaler product suite (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC) and associated technologies. Optimize system performance through configuration and tuning. Integrate third-party solutions via APIs. Design and engineer network data flows to enhance connectivity and troubleshoot existing issues. Create comprehensive documentation including data flows, user guides, and disaster recovery plans. Engage with executives and government technical management. Facilitate communication within major cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
