Role
We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to become a pivotal member of our team. This hybrid position, based in Mohali, India, will report directly to the Director of Software Engineering within the Shared Platform Services department. As a technical leader, you will be instrumental in evolving our platform by designing and developing scalable, high-performance microservices. You will connect architectural vision with hands-on execution, delivering robust APIs that support our global infrastructure.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
- Design and create high-quality, performant, and secure APIs and microservices that are both reusable and extensible.
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to define and deliver endpoints for exceptional user interfaces.
- Lead DevOps initiatives encompassing continuous integration, provisioning, and software version control.
- Design and enhance internal APIs and client-side code utilizing RESTful standards and SDKs.
- Provide strategic insights into system design and long-term platform architecture.
