Job Summary:

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead the Mission Ground Software team. This role focuses on transforming complex and evolving mission requirements into reliable, operational software systems that support real-world satellite operations.

This position requires hands-on technical leadership. The Principal Engineer will directly contribute to the codebase while also guiding our talented team towards clear and actionable solutions. Emphasizing execution, system reliability, and engineering clarity is key, rather than theoretical design.

A core responsibility includes translating high-level, ambiguous initiatives into well-defined, sequenced, and deliverable engineering tasks. Success is measured not just on individual contributions but also on enhancing the team's ability to consistently deliver operationally effective systems.
