Collaborating with other managers, you will co-own the organizational health, best practices, and technical direction, as well as oversee hiring and career development for a diverse team ranging from entry-level to staff engineers. You will work closely with systems engineering, program management, propulsion, avionics, and manufacturing to ensure the mechanical engineering function delivers flight-ready hardware with speed, precision, and quality across all active programs.
