Optimize substantial assessments (Privacy, Safety, AI) and recommend AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency.Manage AI Incident Response: Revise and enhance incident response processes to integrate AI-specific triggers and regulatory reporting structures, aligning them with existing roles and security policies.Oversee AI Risk Management: Maintain the AI Risk Management Policy and establish a standardized risk taxonomy (rights-based versus technical risks).Ensure Accuracy, Robustness, and Cybersecurity: Provide guidance on modifying security and compliance programs to meet AI-specific legal requirements, working closely with technical teams to validate model accuracy and compliance standards.Implement Quality Management and Monitoring: Review and refine existing Quality Management System (QMS) protocols for AI design, testing, validation, and post-market monitoring, maintaining standardized processes and reporting templates for ongoing model performance and compliance.Specialist Consultation: Collaborate on specialized legal analyses (e.g., Intellectual Property, Employment) with relevant co-counsel.
