Role Overview

The Virtual Assistant supports day-to-day operations for an electrical services company. This position suits someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and looks for ways to contribute to both operations and revenue. Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process job requests and set up job cards in the management system (tasks typically take 5–10 minutes each)
  • Handle email correspondence, keeping responses timely and organized
  • Post job listings, coordinate schedules, and share updates with the team
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent processes
  • Provide phone support for client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
  • Assist sales efforts by following up on quotes and helping convert leads
  • Pitch in with other tasks, such as updating content or improving administrative processes
